Speaking

I’ve spent 30 years helping people close the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. On stage, I bring that same work to a room. My talks are grounded in research and built for real life — no jargon, no hype, and nothing your audience will forget by Monday. I speak with women and men at conferences, leadership retreats, team offsites and workplace wellness events. Every talk leaves people with something they can use the same day — and a clearer sense of what’s already in their power to change.

Pull the Thread

Most people don’t need more information to reach their goals. They have plenty. What they’re missing is a way in. In this keynote, I show audiences how to find it — one thread at a time. The talk is built on the GROW model, the coaching framework I use every day: Goal, Reality, Options, Way forward. It’s simple, and it works on almost anything — a career move, a health change, a habit that keeps slipping. Underneath it is one idea: the way you do one thing is the way you do everything. I share a session with a client — an ultra runner who couldn’t sleep — where the breakthrough didn’t come from a protocol. It came from curiosity. From asking one more question. Your audience leaves with a four-step framework they can use the same day, and the confidence that the answer to their goal is already in them. Available as a 45–60 minute keynote.

Perimenopause in the Workplace

Perimenopause hits many women right as they step into senior roles — and it touches everyone around them. Most women never get a clear explanation of what’s happening. Most colleagues and managers don’t know how to help. This 30–45 minute talk changes that, for women and men alike. I give your team a plain-language, physiology-based picture of perimenopause: what shifts in sleep, energy, focus and strength, and why. Then we get practical — what women can do, what colleagues and leaders can do, and how to talk about it at work. It’s grounded in Harvard Business Review research and my own graduate study, and delivered by a board-certified health coach and ACSM-certified exercise physiologist.
