Why Coaching?

I get it. You’re stressed and busy with work, family, and friends. You don’t have the energy to do more, but want to. You want to make realistic, lasting changes but either don’t know where to start or you’ve tried and it didn’t work or was unsustainable. How can you fit one more thing into your life?

Why is it so hard? Life is constantly moving and evolving. There is no simple solution. Coaching will help you become more focused & create space to do the things that bring you satisfaction and joy in a way that is sustainable & lasting.

People think they have to sacrifice their, time, health, well-being, soul for things like family and career. Family and career are what's, not why's. Here’s an example: family (what) is important because I value intimacy, loyalty, trust, love (why). Career (what) is important because I value stability, independence, self-worth, etc (why). When your actions are centered around & driven by your why's, you are able to do the things that are most important to you and let go of what is not in alignment with your values.
What You Can Expect

We meet virtually twice a month for 50 minutes. During our time together we develop 4 pillars that I have found to be the gateway to all other areas of life. Because this is YOUR program, you decide where we start and you set the pace. If something comes up between sessions we can jump on quick call and sort it out. I ask for a 3-month commitment because I have found this to be the minimum amount of time to dive deeply into lifestyle and behavioral change, including developing healthy practices of sleep, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness. After that, you can stay with me as long as you like or cancel at any time.

This is less expensive than other coaches with similar experience. The improvements we make together will last a lifetime and the process we go through will provide you with the scaffolding to make changes in the future.
